Finance Manager/Generalist
The ideal candidate will have previous retail automotive / powersports experience; however, we are willing to train.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring all pertinent documents are correct and present for every transaction
Scanning and packaging documents in a certain order
Checking with financial institutions regarding funding of auto loans
Contacting customers for missing documents or stipulations required by lenders
Adding notes to spreadsheets regarding any of the above
Tracking deal packets until funding is complete
Skills:
Basic knowledge of Google Business Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask
An eager, outgoing personality, with strong phone skills
Desire to work with people and be a team player
Ability to work independently and remotely
Ability to foresee potential issues and correct them
Exceptional ability to follow up and follow through
